If you came here because you, like me, have a passion for this beautiful plant and especially for what it produces.

I have always savored with pleasure, the taste and aroma of chili peppers, which manages to make each dish more lively and special. For this reason, at some point I said: "Why instead of going to buy it, I did not produce it by yourself?"

This site was created to share my experiences on the cultivation of pepper, giving advice and the fundamental basis for achieving satisfactory results. I also added (in the apposite section), a list of seeds of chili peppers available for sale or exchange.

As we all (unfortunately) know, we don't know the origins of what offer the supermarkets, more reason why I decided to throw myself headlong on this wonderful hobby, never having had to do in my life with any kind of pepper plant.

The chili pepper has remarkable beneficial properties such as:

- Strong antioxidant power.

- Rich in Vitamin C.

- It helps to cure diseases like the common cold, sinusitis and bronchitis.

- Helps digestion.

These properties are mainly due to capsaicin (the substance responsible for the spiciness). From here derives the name Capsicum annuum (for those grown annually), Capsicum chinense, etc ...

Here you prefer to go on the practical, to ensure that anyone (if he has a little 'will), may be able to produce at least an amount of chili that are sufficient to meet its annual needs, and also more!
